I’m all for Nakadashi clinics but
there’s something so real about the medical surroundings of this set, it
borders on creepy. The hospital setting is so real it made me think
that there were patients in the next room listening and wondering what
the hell was going on. Despite that super-realism (some of you all
might enjoy that) this is still a super stoked hardcore sex release.
The mosaic is a bit heavy, and some (what appear to be) Mandarin
subtitles hamper the action a tiny bit but this is exactly what it
claims to be: a bunch of super hot sexy nurses getting full loads of cum
from their patients however they can.
